Settlement protocols

• Swiss Continental’s settlement protocols were developed in conjunction with the Property Law Section of the Switzerland Law Society.
• While these relate to Swiss Continental-to-Swiss Continental payments, irrevocable settlement payments can be made to any bank in Switzerland and the same rules will apply.
• Because most settlements take place at the end of the business day, settlement payments can be made up to 6pm, with our helpdesk available until 8.00pm.
